Time for an About Me update!
I’m now a 28 year old foodie with improving skills in the kitchen and a rental house gas oven that goes out all the time (grrreat!).
I live with my boyfriend in Melbourne and love to travel. Other interests include sport, particularly netball and basketball (gotta burn off all those kilojoules somehow) and urban planning and economics (my day job). If I can somehow make urban planning relative to food, I may post about it from time to time.
I’m getting better at keeping plants alive and am currently growing mint, parsley, a blueberry bush (no berries as of yet), a bay tree, a feijoa tree (love) and a sickly lemon tree that doesn’t produce lemons. I think I may have killed the pomegranate tree I planted (unless it’s just deciduous, not dead?), and the thyme’s not looking too good either.
I’ve also discovered, upon rereading the above, that I’m a big fan of parentheses (they’re awesome, I know).
If you’d like to get in touch with me, I’m now twittering @freshbreadblog and emailing at the same username (freshbreadblog) at gmail dot com. Or just leave a comment on one of my posts!
PR Policy I’ll review anything related to restaurants or food, but you should expect the review to be honest and in my own words. Email me!
Oh, and here’s a link to my Urbanspoon wishlist, changing by the day…
